Spain-D.A.S. announces the expansion of the Sound Force Series of dance music systems designed for today´s high-level clubs where exceptional sound, imposing power and impressive looks are key requisites. The new addition includes the SF-Monitor, a powered DJ monitor system designed by D.A.S. for discerning DJ´s world-wide.
The SF-Monitor comprises two parts, the SF-20A powered mid-high unit and the SF-1521, an innovative two-way low frequency system. The SF-20A is a high definition, powered mid-high unit that can also be used individually to provide additional reach in areas not covered by the main Sound Force system. The mid range incorporates the optimized 12AN4 neodymium loudspeaker providing high output and reliability. High frequency response relies on a compression driver-waveguide assembly which employs the M-75N neodymium compression driver. Two front mounted aluminum assemblies comprise the high frequency waveguide and the carrier for the 12” woofer. The rear of the SF-20A is dominated by an aluminum heat sink housing the powerful Class D amplifier and related electronics. The SF-Monitor offers an optional stacking system that allows the SF-20A to be mounted on the SF-1521A companion subwoofer and angled at the DJ´s preference.
The SF-1521A is a unique, powered two-way subwoofer system which provides the low frequency energy for the SF-Monitor system. The SF-1521A employs the well-known 15GNR loudspeaker for mid-bass reproduction in a band-pass configuration. 
The extreme low end of the system´s frequency response is handled by a single 21UXN4 21" loudspeaker equipped with 6" voice coil, highly effective heat dissipation scheme, and an extremely robust mechanical design. The usable frequency range of the SF1521A is 28 Hz to 200 Hz. A powerful Class D, two channel amplifier developing 1700 Wcontinuous per channel provides the power. The SF-1521A can also be deployed individually to provide impressive low frequency reproduction in support systems. Both the SF-20A and the SF-1521A are DASnetTM capable for remote monitoring and control of the systems.
