New EVAC and fire safety cable

Tasker has carried out all the necessary tests with certified third-party bodies and has obtained the CPR approval for all its EVAC and fire detection cables for the medium risk class Cca – s1a – d0 – a1, without compromising the flexibility of the products.

That means that the cables are resistant to direct flame up to 2 hours at a temperature of 850°C and when they burn they will release a small amount of clear smoke without dripping.

The homologation involves our unshielded cables with purple sheath advised for voice evacuation and PA systems (EVAC) and our shielded cables with red sheath for fire detection alarm systems. The first ones, whose codes are TSK201, TSK202 and TSK203 have the respective following sections: 1,00, 1,50 and 2.50 mm²; the second ones, whose codes are TSK301, TSK302 and TSK303 with the respective sections of: 1.00, 1.50 and 2.50 mm².

Following the very strict regulations concerning the installations sector, all these cables can also be used as Audio, Video or data cables in any fixed installation even if not directly linked to fire security.

Tasker daily strives to research and develop new products and materials, also creating custom productions, which allow you to have specific solution for the single customer and to anticipate upcoming technologies, providing new products to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
