Tasker has decided to enlarge his range of assembled cables by inserting a new line of assembled cable drums ready to use and realized with PUR sheath cables and high-quality connectors.
Polyurethane is a perfect material for mobile outdoor laying thanks to his features: it is resistant to cutting, abrasion and trampling, UV rays, water and chemical and atmospherical agents. It is also Halogen free and flame retardant with an operative temperature range between -40 and +80°C.
To meet as many working needs as possible, we thought to create three different categories, according to application: Audio, Video and Data.
The first cable is thought for DMX applications for Audio and lighting and includes our TSK1038 PUR and C862. The first one is a single pair DMX with and a 2x0,35 mm² section and braided tinned copper shielding, the second one is his double version 2x (2x0,35 mm²) with the addition of Kevlar traction inner elements, giving him double strength and resistance.
They can be combined with 3 and 5 pin Neutrik XLR NC3M/FXX-B and NC5M/FXX-B if you wish to have free connectors and Schill cable drum GTRM series. Alternatively, with one panel connector NC3MD-LX-B and one free, combined with Schill cable drums GTS0 series.
The second series is thought for video broadcast transmission and involves Tasker T42 PUR and TR11 PUR Extraflex. Our T42 PUR is a coaxial HDSDI with a stranded conductor and tinned copper double braid, allowing the 12GSDI signal transmission up to 70m or 3GSDI up to 100 m. TR11 PUR Extraflex instead, is a triaxial cable with a stranded silver-plated copper conductor and double braid, one in silver and the other one in red copper, perfect combination for professional cameras interconnection up to 300 m.
We can combine the coaxial cable with Neutrik connector 75 Ohm rear TWIST NBNC75BWU13, for the triaxial instead we rely on Fischer Connectors, one of this leader’s sector, using the 1051 series both the double free connectors and free/panel connectors combinations. These two solutions are assembled with Schill GTS0 (Free/free connectors combination) and GTRM (Free/Panel connectors combination) series cable drums.
We have at the end the third series, dedicated to the data transmission on LAN cables, which nowadays does not only involve data but also digital audio and video over IP. Specifically for this purpose, we have tasker C725 PUR, C728 PUR e C726 PUR.
The first one is a Cat.5e S.-U.T.P. 26/19 AWG with total braided shielding and double sheath, perfect for communications on the DANTE protocol. The second one is a Cat.6A S.-F.T.P. 24/7 AWG with single shielded pairs with aluminum foil, tinned copper braid and double sheath; thanks to his bigger section is ideal for Video transmission on the HD-BASET protocol. The third one, our C726 PUR is a Cat.7 F.T.P. 26/7 AWG with single shielded pairs with aluminum foil and tinned copper braid, perfect for the typical data center’s high connection speed.
We combine these beautiful cables with Neutrik EtherCON high quality connectors NE8MC-B, NE8FDP-B and NE8MX6-B, mounted on Schill GTMFK series with lockable door to protect the connectors.
All of those are ready on stock for 50, 75 and 100 meter standard measure but they can easy make as you wish!
