InfoComm Latin America: over 100 brands on display and an educational program

The range of products, services, and solutions at InfoComm Latin America brings together around one hundred brands on the exhibition floor, in demo rooms, and through educational sessions. More than 60 exhibiting companies bring this technology trade show for the audiovisual integration industry to life, organized by AVIXA.

 

The first edition takes place from October 22 to 24 at the World Trade Center International Exhibition and Convention Center (CIEC WTC) in Mexico City. Registration is free and available through the form on the official link.

 

Over 100 brands and 60 exhibiting companies

AVIXA’s goal of reaching sixty exhibiting companies is practically achieved. The exhibition floor plan is constantly updated with names such as AEQ México, AI Speech, Audio-Technica Latin America, Disney Cruise Line, ELENIX Analytics, Elo Touch Solutions, Foto Commo, Kudo, Qualshine Technology, Rocketerias, Synthax, Tecno Planet, and Unilumin, which joined between July and August in addition to those already confirmed earlier in the year.ICAL sep 1 HI

 

“Progress has been very positive: more than 90% of the exhibition space has been occupied, and all demo rooms have been allocated. We have even received last-minute requests from international companies interested in participating,” says Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Senior Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at AVIXA.

 

Among the distributors, Representaciones de Audio stands out, showcasing innovations from brands such as Allen & Heath, Barco, Biamp, Brightsign, dBTechnologies, Genelec, Nexo, Sharp, Sonos, and Shure (with its Shure Innovation Lab concept).

Meanwhile, Gonher Pro presents new products from Audiocenter, AV Matrix, Bluesound Professional, Blustream, Cornered Audio, ElectroVoice, Labgruppen, HK Audio, Nearity, Tannoy, and Work Pro. Finally, Fortune Acoustics offers a demo room featuring solutions from Estolon, Vitus Audio, and Crystal Cable, among others.

 

“The trade show offers a wide variety of solutions, from digital signage, distributed audio, and sound for events and conferences, to content production and distribution, as well as integration in commercial and residential spaces, ensuring that every visitor finds what they need,” adds Casassus.

 

An ambitious educational program

In addition to the exhibition offerings, the trade show features an educational program divided into thematic tracks and various session formats, designed for all levels: from beginners to advanced professionals.ICAL sep 2 HIThe program begins on Wednesday with a new edition of the AVIXA Congress, focused on business development and decision-making.

The opening conference, The Future of AV: Innovation, Business and Connections, features the participation of:

  • Jeff Stoebner (CEO of FORTÉ)
  • John Bailey (Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at AVI-SPL)
  • Dave Labuskes (CEO of AVIXA)

 

The AVIXA Congress also includes contributions from local integrators and distributors, providing a regional perspective to the discussions.

A key component is the Manufacturer Training Sessions, led by companies such as Atlas IED, Audinate, Biamp, Bose Professional, Cisco, Datapath, Deneva, Disney Cruise Line, Jabra, Powersoft, Renkus Heinz, and Zoom. These sessions cover topics ranging from designing audio systems with updated standards to the latest digital signage solutions and professional opportunities aboard international cruise ships. In parallel, the Audio Demo Rooms provide immersive experiences with systems from Bose Professional, L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, and distributors such as Fortune Acoustics, Representaciones de Audio, and Tecso.

The educational experience expands with the Integrated Experience Tours, guided visits to:

  • Estudio 13, a state-of-the-art recording studio.
  • InSpace, a venue equipped with complete audiovisual systems for immersive events.

 

“To access the educational program, simply register for the trade show and select the sessions of interest. Admission is free and does not require additional registration—just arrive early to secure a seat in one of the three educational rooms,” explains Renata Mérida Neris, Live Content Manager for Latin America at AVIXA.
