ETC has announced changes to its Northern European sales territory, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering improved service and support to its growing customer base across the region.
To better support the expansion of ETC’s customer network and further enhance the effectiveness of its sales department, the Northern European region will be divided into two distinct territories, effective immediately:
- Benelux: Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Nordics: Greenland, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Faroe Islands
As part of this restructuring and in response to increased demand in the region, Robbi Nassi has been promoted to Associate Regional Manager and will focus on the customer network in the Benelux region. Meanwhile, Regional Sales Manager Tim Stokholm will concentrate on managing ETC’s developing network of sales partners throughout the Nordics, following a recent period of change in the region.
Based in Amsterdam, Nassi will be responsible for providing dedicated sales support and managing projects across the territory. These changes will enable Nassi and Stokholm to focus on their respective territories, strengthening local relationships, increasing regional engagement and supporting sustained growth in the area.
Nassi has spent the past six years at ETC as a Field Project Coordinator, gaining extensive hands-on experience with the company’s customers and systems. During this time, he has built strong relationships with dealers, customers and end users throughout the region and continues to strengthen those connections.
Before joining ETC, he served as Live Events Manager at Electrosonic SA Ltd, and later moved to Sydney to work as a Technical Sales Representative for Event Communications Australia. Among his projects was the installation of the first ETC networking infrastructures in theatres in South Africa.
These changes position us strongly to support our growing customer base across Northern Europe. By creating a dedicated focus on Benelux and the Nordics, we can respond more effectively to local market needs, strengthen our partner networks and provide an even higher level of service. With Robbi and Tim concentrating on their respective territories, we are well positioned for continued growth and excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue building the business together, says Darren Beckley, Sales Manager.
