The Medusa Festival, one of the leading electronic music festivals in Spain, has once again taken place in Cullera (Valencia) this year. The venue was filled with over 300,000 young music enthusiasts for 5 days to enjoy renowned DJs and famous artists such as Carl Cox, David Guetta, Paco Osuna, Amelie Lens, Dimitri Vegas, among many others.
With a total duration of 3 days and 2 days of pre-party, the concerts didn't stop from 6 in the evening until 7 in the morning. Given the number of attendees and the size of the venue, the artists were distributed across 5 different stages, each with its own music style: from EDM to techno, trap, dubstep, mainstream, and hardstyle.
Maxim Sound, a specialized entertainment company, was responsible for the sound setup at the Dragon Heart by Pepsi stage. For the main PA, they opted for line arrays from the LX series by Lynx Pro Audio, with 8 LX-V12 enclosures on each side of the stage.

The LX-V12 is a self-powered 3-way line array enclosure with very high power. For the low frequencies, it uses two 12" speakers with neodymium magnetic groups and a double-ring DDR demodulator (4" sandwich-type interleaved ISV coil). For the mid-range, it features four 6.5" speakers with fiberglass cones and ultra-lightweight coils. For the high frequencies, it utilizes two 1.4" drivers with neodymium magnets and titanium diaphragms, each coupled to a high-precision individual waveguide. The enclosure is powered with a total of 4000 W in Class D with Power Factor Correction (PFC) system.
Thanks to its excellent power-to-volume-weight ratio and the availability of all rigging options, the LX-V12 system can go from the truck to being flown in record time. At the same time, it is an easy-to-use and control system without the need for external amplifiers or equipment.
The LX-V12 enclosures are units that have allowed a large number of clients to work at maximum power for years, thanks to their robustness and technology designed by qualified engineers. Today, in the Lynx Pro Audio catalog, you can find more powerful and compact options like the CLS series, which have improved both their external design and internal technology.
Throughout the weekend, artists such as Anime, Angerfirst, Broken Minds, Raúl Ortiz, DJ Marta, and others performed on this stage.
