The Mexican trade show was not like previous ones. Besides the attractions presented by the event’s organizers, like participation of local artists and an interesting educative program, one of the unquestioned highlights was the debut of the Powersoft Demo Room.
“To have a brand involved at such a high level in this kind of events always gives good results. It was an enriching experience and we really felt supported”, said Javier Posada Martínez, Audio Acústica y Electrónica’s Commercial Manager.
On behalf of Powersoft, the presence of Fabrizio Romano Bolzoni, Sales Manager Rack Amplifiers, Gilberto Morejón, CALA Sales Manager, and Luca Gianni, Product Specialist Manager Rack Division, greatly served to offer visitors good training, advises and answers to each of their concerns.
There were three sessions every expo day covering different topics, depending on the audience (touring or install technicians.)
During the first day, Sunday April 22nd, participation was high, surpassing expectations, with professionals from different fields of application. “We had many first timers and curious young technicians interested in our products and solutions,” Luca said. “To these people we gave a broad image of the Armonía Pro Audio Suite software and run through all of our product lines”.
But there were also many old time clients and users to whom the Armonía 3.0 version was previewed as it will be released in June at Infocomm in the USA.
During the second and third days, besides training sessions, the demo room was the right space to meet good potential clients and give advice on products and applications for future projects.
“Visitors were really interested in Powersoft products and very thankful to have the presence of representatives directly from the company bringing first hand information”, Javier said.
Gilberto Morejón, CALA Sales Manager for Powersoft, highlighted: “Having a separate demo room was definitely successful! Many visitors came to meet our products and participate in the conferences that were carried out every day. The environment, which was much more controlled and relaxed, helped to focus on our Armonía software, arising a lot of curiosity and interest specially on the interaction with Smaart”.
Luca, particularly in charge of training sessions, added: “Having our own private room for training and private meetings was much more rewarding compared to last year. We had the possibility to focus much more on the new and previous Armonía features but also to listen to what attendees wanted to get explained during the 45/60 minute sessions.”
See you next year, Mexico!
