The first edition of Prolight + Sound Bangkok will take place from 30 September to 2 October 2026 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), with around 90% of its exhibition space already booked.
Beyond the figure itself, the strong uptake points to an issue of greater relevance for manufacturers, distributors, integrators and entertainment professionals: the growing importance of Southeast Asia as a market for professional audio, lighting, AV, events and entertainment technologies.
The organisers expect to bring together more than 150 international exhibitors and welcome over 5,000 trade visitors. Companies from eleven countries and regions have already confirmed their participation: China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

A three-day masterclass organised by the Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI) is also scheduled, focusing on sound engineering, acoustic design and live production.
AVLIAS will lead the Future of the ASEAN Pro AVL session, which will examine business opportunities, market development and collaboration between Southeast Asian countries.
The programme will also include a Drum Circle & Music Therapy Experience Workshop, developed in partnership with IQ PLUS Music, Tycoon and Serenity Sound.
