In the HiFi Scene as well as Mastering Studios it is no secret that Open Baffle speakers are seeing renewed interest and our current 12” and 15” offerings specifically for Open Baffle will be supplemented with what the market wants: Bigger and better! An all new 18” Open Baffle woofer is under way.

The first compression drivers to be released in the Rosso series were the ROSSO-65CD-T and Neodymium sibling ROSSO-65CDN-T which quickly shot to fame as some of the best sounding 65mm Compression Drivers on the market.
The Rosso family of compression drivers was recently further expanded with four new compression drivers ROSSO-34CD-PK, ROSSO-34CDN-PK, ROSSO-44CD-PK, ROSSO-44CDN-PK
Soon to join the list of SB Audience compression drivers is the all new 75mm Voice Coil compression driver with 1.4” exit.
Developed from the ground up with new geometry in all critical areas. The optimised cast rear chamber also features internal damping for well controlled non resonant behaviour. The well controlled behaviour of this compression driver is a testimony to the extended development that has gone into achieving low distortion and high output. SB Audience has put a high degree of emphasis into the subjective sound quality during the development phase. The result is a driver that in our blind listening tests comes out as very hard to beat.
