InfoComm Latin America 2026 will once again feature the Demo Rooms, dedicated spaces where participating companies can showcase their solutions beyond the booth and offer experiences designed to provide a deeper understanding of their technology.
The second edition of the event will take place from October 21 to 23, 2026, at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, combining exhibits, demonstrations, networking and an extensive educational program focused on some of the key challenges facing the professional audiovisual industry.
For industry professionals, the Demo Rooms provide an opportunity to listen to systems, compare solutions, talk with specialists and understand how audio is currently being integrated with networks, control, collaboration, immersive technologies, automation and new AV workflows.
Nine Demo Rooms throughout the three-day event
The 2026 Demo Rooms will operate throughout all three days of the event. Eight will be located on the upper floor and one on the mezzanine.

According to the published program, participants will include L-Acoustics, Tecso LLC, Audio, Video & Control, Almacenes Audiovisuales, Bose Professional, Representaciones de Audio, Sonos Inc., OHM Distribution —on the mezzanine— and Inteligos.
These spaces will allow visitors to attend audio demonstrations, explore integrated solutions, collaboration technologies and immersive experiences, as well as access private product presentations and other activities designed to complement their visit to the exhibition floor.
Unlike a conventional booth visit, a Demo Room allows professionals to spend more time listening, asking questions, comparing solutions and analyzing how a system performs under conditions closer to a real-world application.
For integrators, distributors, consultants, technicians and professional users, this experience can be particularly useful when evaluating technology for installation projects, venues, corporate environments, education, hospitality, retail, broadcast or immersive spaces.
More than products: applied audio experiences
Professional audio is becoming increasingly integrated within the AV ecosystem. In many current projects, parameters such as power, coverage and intelligibility coexist with new requirements related to integration with IP infrastructures, collaboration platforms, automation, remote monitoring, video, content and user experience.
In this context, the InfoComm Latin America Demo Rooms provide an opportunity to experience technology rather than simply learn about it through a technical specification sheet.
For professionals working in live sound, fixed installation, rental companies, touring, broadcast, houses of worship or corporate integration, these spaces can help connect sound quality with new applications and business opportunities.
In addition, the format encourages more technical discussions around system design, coverage, processing, interoperability, scalability, operation and support.

Being able to listen to a solution and speak directly with those who develop or distribute it provides additional information to better understand its capabilities and assess its application across different projects.
An educational program that expands the conversation
InfoComm Latin America 2026 goes beyond the exhibition floor. The event features a range of educational experiences aimed at technical professionals, executives, end users, integrators, emerging professionals and specialists from different areas of the industry.
The AVIXA Congress 2026 will bring together industry leaders and decision-makers to analyze the forces transforming the industry from four perspectives: market, industry, business and customer.
The program will address topics related to business and project management, conferencing and collaboration, end users, Broadcast AV, enterprise IT, design and integration.
New for this edition, the AI Summit + Lab will explore the application of artificial intelligence in the AV sector from both strategic and practical perspectives.
The program will address questions such as where AI delivers value, which processes are best suited for automation and which decisions still require professional experience and judgment. The Lab will also provide opportunities to explore applications, experiment with tools and turn ideas into functional AV solutions.

For those developing their careers within the industry, AVanza – Workforce Development will open the conversation around talent development, bringing new professionals into the industry, improving skills and creating opportunities that contribute to the sector's growth. This program will make its debut at this year's event.
The Pro Training program will feature technical training delivered by manufacturers. Scheduled sessions include content from brands such as Audinate, Datapath, Deneva, Shure, Jabra and Powersoft, along with topics related to Dante audio networking, visualization, digital signage, collaboration, amplification and connected AV solutions.
The agenda will also include the HETMA Higher Education Summit, focused on practical strategies for innovation and impact in higher education, with content aimed at professionals responsible for AV technology, infrastructure and technology experiences on campus.
Also joining the program is PULSE – Immersive Experiences, a space dedicated to exploring how creativity, technology and audiovisual design are transforming the relationship between audiences, spaces, content and brands.
A meeting point for professional audio in Latin America

The Demo Rooms will provide the opportunity to hear solutions in operation, while the educational program will offer tools to understand developments in areas such as AV integration, artificial intelligence, immersive experiences, higher education, talent development and technical training.
For manufacturers, distributors, integrators, technicians, designers, consultants and professional users, the combination of demonstrations, education and networking will encourage knowledge sharing and the exploration of new professional audio applications.
In an industry where audio is increasingly connected with video, networks, software, automation and user experience, InfoComm Latin America provides an environment to listen, learn, compare and discover new solutions.
