Positive feedback from domestic and international participants

Aeolus Zhang, Product Manager at Empower Tribe:

  • “Our portfolio covers multiple areas, from personal music and professional equipment to fixed commercial installations, broadcast music systems and even products from international brands such as Behringer’s new digital mixing console. Prolight + Sound Guangzhou brings together all types of customers—integrators, distributors and end users—which perfectly matches our needs. I value the organisers’ strategic vision, with initiatives such as PLS Unicorn Series Xtage, which attracts visitors and naturally guides them towards exhibitors’ stands. We have welcomed a highly diverse range of buyers from Europe, North America and emerging markets, particularly South and East Asia, the Middle East and even Africa”.

William Wong, General Manager of the Global Center at Guangzhou DSPPA Audio Co., Ltd.:

  • “Our participation in Prolight + Sound Guangzhou aimed to strengthen brand recognition, build trust through direct engagement and expand our network thanks to the organisers’ support in specifically inviting integrators, end customers, consultants and industry associations. From the very first day, the response has been extremely positive, generating numerous business opportunities as well as significant interest from specialised media and design organisations. This edition has delivered excellent value for money and stood out for its promotional power and reach”.

Tongjiang Chen, Marketing Manager of Hikvision’s Audio Division:

  • “This year we connected with numerous potential clients from Europe and Asia-Pacific, especially from Southeast Asia and India. On the first day alone, I established relationships with more than ten new customers who, after attending our demonstrations and live presentations, felt that our products address current market needs. Several projects are already showing promising prospects. As a benchmark event for the audio sector, Prolight + Sound Guangzhou has proven highly effective in raising awareness of our network solutions, making participation in this event essential”.

Risyad Fauzie, President of Rental Indonesia Event Support (RI), Indonesia:

  • “From our perspective, Prolight + Sound Guangzhou is extremely important for both the association and our members in Indonesia. This year around 30 buyers participated and the feedback has been very positive. Many succeeded in connecting with new suppliers, particularly from China, and even reached future cooperation agreements. The exhibition is valuable because it brings together international brands and Chinese manufacturers in one place, enabling us to discover new products, follow industry trends and bring valuable knowledge back to Indonesia. It also provides members with a global view of the industry and access to high-quality products at highly competitive prices”.

Raul Del Trejo, Director of Renaer Participações S/S Ltda.:

  • “We are attending Prolight + Sound Guangzhou seeking solutions for three areas of our business: professional audio, woofers and musical instruments. In professional audio and musical instruments, we are looking for reliable manufacturing partners and new product development opportunities, while for woofers we source key components that are not produced locally in Brazil. The most remarkable aspect is the exhibition’s efficiency: within a single event we have found everything from raw material and component suppliers to finished-product manufacturers. The joint presence of international brands and Chinese manufacturers allows us to follow global trends, compare technologies and better understand the industry’s evolution”.

Yanger Jiao, Deputy Secretary General of UWA and representative of Vivid Immersive Park:

  • “UWA is an international organisation dedicated to the development and promotion of standards for advanced audiovisual technologies. Participating in Prolight + Sound Guangzhou allows us to present our technological advances and ecosystem development to both industry professionals and end users. Thanks to the scale of the exhibition and the diversity of sectors represented, we can demonstrate how technologies are applied in real-world environments, from ultra-high-definition systems to a wide range of audiovisual solutions. Furthermore, the event facilitates engagement with international partners and helps bring innovation developed in China to global markets”.
