LDI will return to Las Vegas for a new edition, bringing together professionals and manufacturers from the live event technology sector. The programme will run from 2 to 8 December, while the exhibition area will be open from 6 to 8 December in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The organisers anticipate an edition with a particular focus on training, the presentation of new technologies and the exchange of knowledge among the different professionals currently involved in show and event production.
One of the main pillars of LDI 2026 will be its educational programme, comprising hundreds of sessions led by designers, programmers, technicians and production specialists. These will be complemented by LDInstitute’s hands-on courses, delivered in limited-size groups and designed to provide more specialised, practical training.

Technology and training in one place
Alongside the educational programme, the exhibition area will offer visitors the opportunity to discover the latest solutions presented by some of the industry’s leading international manufacturers.
This combination of exhibition and technical training remains one of LDI’s defining features, particularly for professionals who need to assess new tools and technologies while expanding their knowledge of new workflows and production methods.
The organisers also expect thousands of live event professionals to attend and are preparing a variety of additional activities and networking spaces. Returning formats announced for this edition include Battle of the Busk, VJ Challenge and Dining with Dinosaurs.
