The legendary Dutch band Kane made a powerful return to the stage in 2024/2025, thrilling their fans in the Netherlands with a series of unforgettable live shows. The visual impact of the tour was based on a bold and dynamic lighting design, carried out almost entirely with Highlite products.
The lighting setup for the tour was supplied by HighliteRent (on behalf of ARF&YES) and featured a solid selection of fixtures designed to deliver power and precision.
The tour equipment included the following elements:
- 20 Infinity iW-1941 RDM fixtures
- 56 Showtec Stage Blinder FLEX Blaze fixtures
- 10 Infinity Raccoon S420/4 fixtures
- 36 Infinity Raccoon P14/4 fixtures

During their performance at Park City Live in Heerlen, the main stage also featured a fixed installation with:
- 22 Infinity Furion H402 fixtures
- 6 Infinity Furion P602 fixtures
- 6 Infinity Furion S602 fixtures
The lighting design was handled by ARF&YES designer Jarmo de Blaeij, who approached the project with a clear creative vision.
We didn’t want to create a typical light show. The idea was to do something different, something that would set Kane apart from other bands, explains Jarmo.
The show was preprogrammed using visualization software, and about four days were spent on the programming phase before the tour began. This resulted in a smooth and highly synchronized performance, where lighting played a key role in amplifying the music’s emotional energy.

Jarmo was impressed by the performance and durability of the Highlite fixtures: “These solutions have very high luminous power, which is essential for outdoor shows during the day or at sunset. They are also extremely robust and ideal for touring, where the equipment is constantly loaded and unloaded from trucks”.
The Showtec Stage Blinder FLEX Blaze proved to be versatile, as the band used it both as a powerful blinder and as a subtle floor lighting solution.
The warm white color remains spectacular even at lower intensities. Moreover, since the solutions are LED-based, we can chain many of them without overloading the power circuit. That’s a huge advantage for festivals, notes Jarmo.
He also praised the Infinity Raccoon series and the iW-1941 RDM fixture for their reliability and creative flexibility. “We were looking for durable wash and strobe lights for this tour, and we found exactly what we needed in Highlite products. In terms of performance and robustness, they are on par with any other brand we have worked with”.
The Kane Live Tour 2025 was more than just a musical comeback: it was a celebration of what is possible when creative vision meets cutting-edge lighting technology. Kane’s performances at the Bevrijdingsfestival Overijssel in Zwolle and at Park City Live in Heerlen were among the highlights of the tour.
