Harrison Audio announces LiveTrax 3, the new version of its software for live performance recording and virtual soundcheck. This update incorporates integration with DiGiCo consoles, along with compatibility with Allen & Heath and SSL Live platforms from Solid State Logic, facilitating live capture and virtual soundchecks.
Designed for reliable multitrack recording and straightforward virtual soundchecks, LiveTrax 3 streamlines the workflow, making the most of setup time when it matters most. The new session creation feature allows users to generate LiveTrax sessions directly from the console in seconds, aligning track names and order between the DiGiCo console and LiveTrax 3.
In terms of functionality, LiveTrax focuses on essential tools for live environments. With features such as Transport Sync, 1:1 input routing, a built-in spectral analyzer on every track, and per-track input monitoring, LiveTrax 3 is a reliable solution for capturing performances on tours, festivals, and event venues.

LiveTrax 3: a robust and straightforward audio tool
LiveTrax 3 incorporates a range of powerful tools developed in collaboration with leading live sound engineers. These include a real-time spectral analyzer and a phase correlation meter across all tracks, providing real-time visibility of the frequency response selectable on any channel. In addition, input monitoring is now even more streamlined, with a dedicated button on every track.
LiveTrax 3 also includes extensive marker functionality and advanced master output controls, along with a resizable Big Clock and a dedicated Meterbridge window, allowing users to confidently verify that the system is recording from any position. Users can also monitor key functions such as CPU usage, disk I/O, and remaining record time.
For more efficient storage, direct recording in FLAC format is supported, saving up to 50% of disk space compared to WAV files. For file protection, the System Lock feature prevents accidental key presses during recording.
For users engaged in live streaming, LiveTrax 3 now includes a dedicated stereo output for streaming applications, increasing its versatility.

- Automatic insertion of a marker with the snapshot name when triggered during recording.
