Digital Projection unleashes the power of 1-chip DLP technology at ISE 2025

Digital Projection went all out in full color at ISE 2025, where it showcased its new and cutting-edge 1-chip projectors —featuring the innovative High-Efficiency Pixel (HEP) DMD from Texas Instruments for unprecedented color accuracy and native contrast— along with the Nexus electronic platform, offering unparalleled precision and control.

Under the slogan of its new campaign, We Love Colour, Digital Projection’s booth (3K700, in Hall 3 of ISE) focused on the unprecedented color reproduction offered by the company’s cutting-edge 1-chip DLP projectors: the E-Vision 16000i-WU and the E-Vision RGB 4K+.

The E-Vision 16000i-WU, equipped with a 0.8" High-Efficiency Pixel (HEP) DMD, featured an increased mirror tilt angle for enhanced light efficiency and “fill-through” technology for higher native contrast. The result was unprecedented image quality, brightness, and efficiency. Digital Projection’s patented ColorBoost + Red Laser technology further enhanced the E-Vision 16000i’s visual capabilities, achieving reds and a color gamut far exceeding REC709 standards.

The new E-Vision RGB represented a breakthrough in 1-chip projection technology, achieving the full REC 2020 color space with 4K+ resolution for cinema-quality images without the artifacts associated with traditional 1-chip DLP projectors using color wheels. Designed with 10,000 lumens, HDR compatibility, and RGB laser illumination, the E-Vision RGB delivered stunningly lifelike images with dynamic contrast ratios of up to 10,000:1.

To demonstrate that Digital Projection offered a projector for every project and application, booth 3K700 also featured the M-Vision 30000 WU —at 30,000 lumens, the brightest 1-chip DLP projector on the market— and the E-Vision 15000i 4K+, which used the same 0.8" HEP DMD as the 16000i and excelled in multi-channel setups thanks to its Nexus electronic platform. It was also ideal for blending as it benefited from the additional pixels offered by its 4K+ resolution.

Ahead of ISE, the company reiterated its promise of "guaranteed performance" with a market-leading five-year warranty, emphasizing its commitment to customers and confidence in the quality of its projectors.

Next-generation technology

Previously, complex installations requiring advanced warping and blending relied on costly third-party applications. Recently introduced advancements in Digital Projection’s software technology, powered by its next-generation Nexus electronic platform, now allowed customers to design and implement a complete installation entirely within the projector’s ecosystem.

Several Nexus tools, such as Advanced Align, Projector Controller II, and Multi Projection Simulator Pro, were on display at ISE, allowing visitors to test them in a dedicated software area at the Digital Projection booth. Attendees discovered how the technology enabled automatic projector calibration, including advanced alignment, warping, and blending features, directly on the projector hardware, greatly simplifying the setup process and saving audiovisual professionals time, money, and unnecessary headaches.

In addition to a hands-on demo area and an immersive room —both designed to showcase the advanced warping and blending capabilities at the core of Nexus technology advancements— booth 3K700 incorporated a tunnel installation with end-to-end projection mapping using a single Digital Projection projector. Visitors to the tunnel experience saw how combining a cost-effective E-Vision projector with a hemispherical lens quickly and easily created immersive spaces in curved or dome-shaped environments.

At ISE 2025, Digital Projection was excited to showcase how its latest innovations redefined the possibilities of projection. In addition to offering unparalleled color accuracy and performance, the latest projectors marked a huge leap forward in energy efficiency, consuming half the power of comparable models from just three years ago. Our commitment to efficiency and quality —emphasized by our five-year warranty— ensured that the products not only met the needs of audiovisual professionals but also adapted to a more sustainable future.
