Florence J. Gillmor Hall is a 26,000 square-foot expansion of the college’s Jewett Center for the Performing Arts and the Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory. Besides the Beverley Taylor Sorensen and Joan Taylor Fenton Performance Studio, the recent expansion added practice rooms, a theatre rehearsal space, a choir rehearsal room, and a 93-seat recital hall.

French band Shaka Ponk is one of the most eclectic you’ll ever run across. The design was led by Fenton Williams, who has been with the band since its beginnings in 1991. In this latest tour, Williams and Aaron Stinebrink were responsible for the lighting design. Stinebrink, who has worked with Dave Matthews Band since 2002, handled the programming. A completely new visual concept.

When Living Word Church in Houston, Texas, was having trouble maintaining their sanctuary lighting system, they reached out to Eric Bernstein of Lighting Ministries, who quickly surveyed the situation and prescribed a lighting upgrade of Elation stage and house lighting fixtures.

Southern Indiana’s Floyd Central High School puts a special emphasis on the performing arts, a focus that has produced one of America's premiere high school theatre programs. Last year, Floyd Central was one of a handful of schools across the U.S. selected by Disney Theatrical Group to test the Tony award-winning Broadway musical “Newsies” before it is made available to schools everywhere.
