AVIXA TV has been recognized with five awards at the historic 46th edition of the Telly Awards, which this year broke participation records with more than 13,000 entries from around the world.
The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television content across all screens, with a jury made up of professionals from video platforms, TV networks, streaming services, and production companies.
One of the most notable awards went to AVIXA TV Live at InfoComm 2024, which won a Silver Telly in the Craft – Use of Livestream category. This production connected the professional AV community through a live broadcast that integrated augmented reality graphics, virtual environments, interviews, podcasts, and even a themed industry quiz show.
Another Silver Telly was awarded to the series Beyond Visual, which offers a close-up view into the lives of AV professionals through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). It was recognized in the Series – DEI: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion category.
In the General – Science and Technology category, AVIXA TV also received a third Silver Telly for the video Fans Flock to M&T Bank Stadium for Unforgettable Gameday Experience, a piece that explores how audiovisual technologies enhance the fan experience at American football games. In addition, the platform received two Bronze Telly Awards. On one hand, the series How’d They Do That?, which takes viewers behind the scenes with some of the most innovative minds in the tech sector, was awarded in the Campaign – Science and Technology category. On the other hand, the video We played eSports Athletes in Rocket League. Could we Score One Goal was recognized in the General – Video Games category.
The 2025 edition of AVIXA TV Live from InfoComm once again had a strong presence during the InfoComm trade show. The AVIXA TV studio produced six programs in English, one in Spanish, five podcasts, and a live contest.
Thanks to the technological support of Ross Video, AWS, Barco, Midwich, AI Media, Ikan, Forecast Consoles, Resi, and Shure, the project combined both cloud-based and on-site production technologies to deliver real-time broadcasts directly from the show.
