The grand opening of phase 1 of the 3rd floor in the redeveloped T1 Mall in Tallinn, Estonia saw invited guests enjoy drinks and snacks before being treated to a series of presentations and demonstrations. Global Productions organised the event with funTIME Showservice supplying equipment for the occasion.
Following new ownership and management, the T1 mall is undergoing renovations designed to broaden its appeal. The building is already home to many shops and offices and now adds a number of sports clubs too. The new sports clubs have all been housed on the 3rd floor, making it the place to go for sports enthusiasts.
In addition to climbing facilities, there’s a boxing and wrestling club, a fencing club, a dance school and even a capoeira school. The opening event included demonstrations from all of these sports with the equipment supplied by funTIME Showservice adding extra atmosphere to each area.

For the presentations, a stage was built using 21 Showgear Mammoth Dex, while the lighting included 20 Infinity iW-741 RDM washers, 20 Infinity B401 Beams, 16 Showtec Helix S5000 Q4 washers and 12 Showtec UV LED Bar 100 cm MKII that were all controlled by the Infinity Chimp 300.G2 light controller. Extra effects included 2 Showtec Mistique hazers and 12 Antari M-9 Jet foggers.
Judging by the images, Global Productions organised an opening that did an excellent job of highlighting all of the new facilities that the T1 mall now has to offer.
