Emelec Víascom launches new versions of cable carriers for the ultra-flexible Q16-6000 CAT.6 SF/UTP LAN cable with both ends airborne or mounted with a chassis on the cable carrier panel itself, available in lengths from 20 m to 90 m.
Different configurations are also offered with:
- RJ45 connector in XLR-type housing.
- Toolless RJ45 connector.
- Standard RJ45 connector with cap.
This range is designed to work with Dante® protocols (Digital Audio over Ethernet) and Art-Net (DMX over Ethernet) as it can transmit these signals over distances of up to 90 meters.
Features of the R-DATA-6000 cable carrier
We can offer the ultra-flexible Q16-6000 cable mounted on cable carriers in two versions: with both connectors airborne or with one airborne connector and the chassis mounted on the cable carrier.
Each of these two versions is available with 3 types of connectors to meet any customer needs:
- Models E and EC - RJ45 connector in XLR-type housing (EQ9310).
- Models T and TC - Toolless RJ45 connector (CL516).
- Models R and RC - Standard RJ45 connector (CL512) with cap.
In the chassis versions, the EQ9320 reference is mounted on the cable carrier plate, supporting the category 6 cable for the three possible configurations (EC, TC, and RC) and is compatible with both XLR-type RJ45 connectors and any type of RJ45 without housing.
All connectors are of high quality as the pins are gold-plated with 50µ. This sets them apart from the usual models of 1µ and 3µ offered by other brands.
Depending on the length, three different sized cable carrier models are available.

- Double shielding with 100% coverage thanks to aluminum tape and a tinned copper braid.
- Extremely flexible PVC cover of Ø8.50 mm.
- Gold-plated airborne connectors at 50µ suitable per version:
- R-DATA-6000/EC - EQ9310 (RJ45 with XLR-type housing)
- R-DATA-6000/TC - CL516 (Toolless RJ45)
- R-DATA-6000/RC - CL512 (RJ45) - EQ9320 chassis mounted on the front plate of the cable carrier.
- Available in lengths from 20 to 90 meters.
