Emelec VíasCom has introduced a new cable that contains 2 4K UHD SDI video cables inside. Specially designed for applications where the user wants to transport two SDI video signals in a single cable.
In addition to selling the cable by meters, there is also a finished product solution with 4K BNC connectors already mounted in two formats: in a retracted connection (EQ 3026) and mounted on a cable carrier to facilitate both transport and winding (R-SDI-3026). Both in multiple lengths according to the needs of each customer.
General features of the Q11-3026 hose:
- Single-strand central conductor of 0.80 mm Polished BC Copper with 99.95% purity.
- High-density polyethylene foam dielectric that allows a superior signal propagation speed and attenuation reduction.
- 100% shielding thanks to the Al tape plus the tinned copper TC braid.
- Non-flame propagating FR-PVC covers. Inner covers of Ø6.00 mm and overall outer cover of Ø13.50 mm.
Depending on the length of the hose, resolutions can be achieved from HD-SDI up to 12G-SDI 4K UHD 60Hz:
- 12G-SDI (4K at 60 fps) – Up to 55 meters
- 6G-SDI (4K at 30 fps) – Up to 85 meters
- 3G-SDI (1080p at 60 fps) – Up to 120 meters
- HD-SDI (720p at 60 fps) – Up to 160 meters
Connection and cable carrier assemblies are carried out by experienced personnel with several years of experience. Before leaving the warehouses, all finished products with mounted connectors are individually tested to ensure perfect functionality.
