CAPER Show, one of the most important events in the audiovisual and entertainment industry in Latin America, reopened its doors for its 33rd edition and brought with it one of the fair’s main attractions: the outdoor audio demos.
The initiative was led by Grupo Tevelam, a CAPER partner company and regular exhibitor, which through its business unit Discopro and in partnership with the renowned brand DAS Audio, offered exclusive demonstrations for the entire professional audio community.
A trade show with history and innovation
Since 1992, CAPER Show had established itself as the must-attend annual event for technicians, engineers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors in the audiovisual sector. Its goal had always been the same: to present the latest technological innovations in sound, image, broadcast, multimedia, and lighting.
In this edition, which took place from October 7 to 9, 2025, in Halls 1 and 2 of the Centro Costa Salguero in Buenos Aires, the event offered a comprehensive program of academic activities, technical conferences, and exhibitions of cutting-edge products.
Audio Demos with DAS Audio
The major highlight for sound enthusiasts was the opportunity to experience, under real conditions, the performance of state-of-the-art professional systems. During the three days of the fair, outdoor demos were held at four fixed times (1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.).
The stage was equipped with 10 boxes per side of the EVENT SERIES 212A line array and 16 EVENT 218A subwoofers, a setup that ensured total coverage, power, and an international-level sound experience.
The presentation was led by Fernando Nanao, Application Engineer & Tech Support LATAM at DAS Audio, and Leandro Argüello, VP Sales & Marketing LATAM, who shared their expertise with attendees and answered technical questions.
A meeting space for the professional community
Beyond the technological exhibition, the demos aimed to strengthen a space for connection and exchange among audio professionals: sound engineers, technicians, producers, and service providers. An ideal setting to build relationships, generate business opportunities, and strengthen the regional industry.
Free admission
Access to CAPER Show 2025 was free of charge, although prior registration was required. Those who had not yet registered could do so online to secure their participation. In addition, the event maintained an active presence on social media, where it previewed part of its Technical-Academic Program and shared news from exhibiting companies.
With this edition, CAPER Show reaffirmed its commitment to being the meeting point where technology, creativity, and audiovisual innovation come together to set the pace of the industry in Latin America.
