The 24th edition of Prolight + Sound Guangzhou (PLSG) brings together 2,227 exhibitors across 220,000 sqm, covering a wide range of industry sectors including live events, digital entertainment, immersive cultural tourism, commercial displays, and digital visual technology.

Exhibitors embrace the show’s new positioning with products and solutions focused on real-world applications
Driven by specific industry demands, many exhibitors have evolved from presenting individual products to offering adaptive solutions based on real-world scenarios. A strong lineup of domestic and international brands is presenting a broad range of cutting-edge products and solutions for applications including smart meetings, digital entertainment, smart education, smart offices, commercial displays, cultural tourism performances, and system integration, highlighting the industry’s innovative potential and technological strength.

Among them, d&b audiotechnik will present its latest loudspeakers in China for the first time at PLSG, setting a new benchmark for large-scale performances and cultural tourism audio thanks to its advanced immersive sound technology. DSPPA will showcase its Red Dot Award-winning wall-mounted speakers, alongside intelligent meeting and broadcasting solutions. Meanwhile, Harman International will once again have a strong presence with a robust selection of audio solutions, reinforcing its position in professional audio and system integration. Recently listed Thunderstone will present its integrated entertainment ecosystem for commercial, residential, automotive, and mobile applications.
Lighting brands such as Fine Art, GOLDENSEA and Nightsun will focus on the integration of stage lighting and cultural tourism systems. Through digital entertainment and intelligent lighting solutions, they will showcase the innovative combination of “lighting + technology”, alongside their in-house R&D capabilities and technological advancements. Companies such as Global Truss, HOF and Mode will also unveil their latest developments in special effects, truss structures and hoist systems.
In the field of LED displays and audiovisual integration, companies such as Hikvision, ITC, Qiangli Jucai and Skyworth will showcase multipurpose screen technologies and display solutions focused on image quality, smart interactivity and system integration, adding a new dimension to the professional AV and lighting value chain.
Buyers from more than 100 countries and regions explore new global opportunities
Professional buyers from more than 100 countries and regions — including Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand and the UAE — have already registered to attend the show. A South Korean buyer delegation has been organised by the Stage Sound Designer and Engineer Association of Korea, while Thai industry media outlet Overdrive has also arranged a buyer delegation to visit the exhibition.
PLSG also continues to work closely with the China – Arab States Stage Technician Training Course, which is visiting the show for the second time to explore the latest international technologies and products. Organisations such as the Industry Alliance of Pro-Sound, Light & Video and the China Association of Recording Engineers will hold major meetings during the fair while seeking suppliers and products capable of responding to changing market demands.
Fringe events drive collaboration and industry innovation
This year, the fair features an extensive programme of fringe events, including forums, technical sessions and professional networking events. These initiatives reinforce PLSG’s position as an industry reference point, bringing together decision-makers, academics and thought leaders while contributing fresh momentum to the development and innovation of the global professional AV and lighting industry.
As part of its focus on new technologies, the China Association of Recording Engineers will organise the IFTT 2026 The Sound – Future Science and Technology Innovation Conference, focused on emerging trends and technologies in professional sound. In addition, the association will collaborate with the UHD World Association to create the Vivid Immersive Park, aimed at promoting the deployment of China’s Audio Vivid standard and bringing domestic innovation to the international stage.
In addition, the China Institute of Stage Design and the China Stage Art Educational Alliance will jointly present the First Exhibition of Stage Art Works from Chinese Higher Education Institutions. This new collaboration brings together more than 1,000 artworks created by university students and professors across China, showcasing the creativity and academic achievements of the next generation.
Leveraging its strong industry networking capabilities, PLSG will also launch for the first time the 2026 Guangzhou Audio, Lighting and Film/TV Industry Job Fair, designed to address the talent shortage by connecting companies with professionals and outstanding graduates through a specialised recruitment platform.
In the field of artificial intelligence, the show will collaborate for the first time with the Shanghai Municipal Association of Culture & Entertainment Industry to organise the AI Driven Full-Stack Intelligence – Immersive Digital Light & Shadow Audio-Visual Tech and Industry Matchmaking Conference, focused on scenario-based technical exchanges and AI applications for KTV and digital entertainment. As the only trade platform with a dedicated KTV hall, PLSG will bring together leading industry players to discuss the future of digital entertainment, further reinforcing its leadership in this sector.
Meanwhile, the conference organised by the Industry Alliance of Pro-Sound, Light & Video is expected to attract nearly a thousand attendees, bringing together industry experts to share strategies for collective development and cooperation.
