For two days, the city of Seville will become the global capital of the football industry as it hosts World Football Summit Europe (WFS Europe).
On September 20 and 21, the Seville Congress and Exhibition Center (FIBES) will host the most significant event in an industry valued at over 600 billion dollars, bringing together more than 2,500 attendees from 120 countries and 150 experts who will discuss the future of an industry with sustainability, the role of women, technological innovation, and the bid for the 2030 World Cup in focus, among many other topics.

The football we want, the football we need takes its first steps in Seville
WFS Europe 2023 will address a wide range of critical topics for the future of the football industry, including the technology that will shape its future, the growth of women's football, leadership and the role of women, new content formats, the future of fan monetization, environmental sustainability, and cybersecurity. More than 900 companies, 350 clubs, and 40 leagues and federations will come together to exchange ideas and business opportunities.
The role of Seville and the entire Andalusia region will also take center stage at this year's edition. In addition to the collaboration agreement signed last year between the City Council and WFS, this year the Andalusian Regional Government has also joined the event. This commitment includes promoting Andalusia as an ideal destination for sports tourism, attracting international companies to support the development of the football industry, and establishing the region as a venue for pre-season training camps for clubs from around the world.
World Football Summit is not just an event; it is the ultimate meeting point for the football industry. Our mission is to provide a platform where professionals, from club executives to innovation companies, leagues, and federations, can generate synergies, explore new business opportunities, and shape the future of football, highlights Marian Otamendi, co-founder and director of World Football Summit.
