INFiLED powers an iconic visual experience at the U.S. Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. The company’s advanced MV series technology becomes the visual centerpiece of a pavilion dedicated to the “excellence of America.”
Faced with the challenge of delivering a robust and high-impact visual display, INFiLED partnered with BeWunder, its full-service solutions partner, to create two massive outdoor LED walls that are captivating millions of visitors with immersive images of iconic U.S. landscapes.
BeWunder was the turnkey provider for the U.S. Pavilion, overseeing the complete development of design, engineering, and audiovisual integration. This included not only the AVL systems for the immersive interior space, but also the engineering and installation of the two large-scale outdoor LED screens welcoming attendees.
These screens are the first thing visitors see when approaching the pavilion and have become a distinctive symbol of the U.S. presence at Expo 2025 Osaka. The installation uses INFiLED’s versatile MV series, covering 338 m² of the façade. Each screen, measuring 26 meters wide by 6.5 meters high, is installed 6 meters above ground, creating a floating visual canvas over the pavilion’s bold triangular architecture.
A pixel pitch of 5.9 mm was chosen to ensure optimal image quality. Standard 1,000 x 1,000 mm panels were used, along with additional 1,000 x 500 mm panels to cover the final half-meter at the top, ensuring structural alignment with the building’s unique shape. 
The response has been positive. INFiLED’s LED displays fully delivered on the design vision, both aesthetically and functionally, said Kiril Petrovski, Project Manager at BeWunder.
With content delivered via an AV Stumpfl PIXERA media server, the screens display looping videos of iconic landscapes, space exploration imagery, and national baseball games, immersing visitors in a multisensory narrative about American innovation, culture, and achievements. 
This project reinforces INFiLED’s mission to deliver high-performance LED displays suitable for architecture and major international events. The MV series, renowned for its lightweight design, high brightness, and ease of maintenance, proved to be the ideal solution for this demanding outdoor installation at one of the world’s most prestigious events.
