City National Bank's new headquarters features a breakroom equipped with a 9.75 x 2.74-meter direct-view LED (DVLED) video wall with a 0.9 mm pixel pitch, powered by a CALICO PRO processor from tvONE (ACT Entertainment).
Coinciding with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the space quickly became the gathering point for employees to watch the matches.
The video wall is the centerpiece of the recently completed first phase of a comprehensive audiovisual deployment carried out by systems integrator Avology. The goal was to create a headquarters that combines intuitive operation with a premium aesthetic while providing an infrastructure ready for future expansion.
Working alongside City National Bank, its architects, consultants and project partners, Avology handled the complete audiovisual integration, including system engineering, project management, installation, programming, commissioning, testing and end-user training, under the leadership of CEO Jorge Miralles and COO Andrew Menendez. "The first phase of the project included audiovisual systems deployed across more than 30 conference rooms, huddle spaces and training rooms, all designed to deliver a consistent Microsoft Teams Rooms experience and intuitive presentation capabilities throughout the building", explains Menendez.

However, the breakroom was designed for a broader purpose: to serve as the headquarters' central gathering space for company-wide meetings, internal communications, live presentations and major events. The DVLED video wall is powered by the CALICO PRO C7-PRO-2200 processor.
For such a high-profile installation, image quality, reliability and flexibility were essential considerations. The tvONE CALICO PRO delivers the processing power required to drive a high-resolution DVLED display while enabling multiple content sources to be displayed simultaneously without compromising image quality or latency, says Miralles.
This processing capability enables City National Bank to switch seamlessly between multiple content sources on a single display, including corporate branding, executive presentations, live events, financial dashboards, digital signage, Microsoft Teams meetings, internal communications and live television broadcasts. "Its layout management functionality also provides the flexibility to adapt content configurations in the future without replacing hardware, helping to protect the bank's long-term investment", adds Miralles.

Following commissioning, Avology trained City National Bank staff on room operation, presentation workflows and overall system functionality. However, thanks to its intuitive design, most employees require very little training.
The systems were designed to be easy to use, allowing employees to operate meeting rooms and presentation spaces with minimal training, while AV support personnel retain access to centralized management tools for future configuration needs. The breakroom video wall has already become a key part of the headquarters' working environment, hosting company meetings and providing a shared space where employees can gather, notes Menendez.
As additional phases of the new headquarters are completed, Avology will continue deploying advanced audiovisual technologies following the same scalable design philosophy, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the building while supporting City National Bank's future growth, including the addition of more tvONE CALICO PRO processors.
