Pixxem is the ideal solution for all your pixel mapping projects (multiple DMX and 3D matrices, LED strips and DVI) with their popular industry standard easy to use Chromateq software interface. Features include fixture patch, profile editor, effects and transitions managements, customizable live mode, audio timeline synchronization.
LED Strip and custom shapes
The Pixxem patch tool is very powerful. When editing your patch, you can remove some pixels and personalize the global shape and position of your matrix in the environment. Standard and customized matrix as well as LED strip can be created and patch easily. You can organize each pixel separately, by group selection or by line of LED strip, easily altering configuration and shapes, for example change a square and reshaped as a triangle or a circle. This easy to use function is not only simple but incredibly creative.
Generate creative visual effects
This new generation of software offers a massive library of graphic effects to make every show unique and creative. Discover a bank of 500 types of customizable effects that can be used for all video files. Combined with the multi-layer option, you have an unlimited number of graphic possibilities within the following categories: Static colours, Video files, Animated GIF, Picture files, Text editor, Shape editor and sequencers, Graphics and textures, Particles, Moving 3D objects, 3D matrix and more.
Shape selection and transitions
Pixxem includes a user-friendly selection tool with custom shapes to select directly some pixel from the project. You can import your own selection of shapes in the project from a file, select a part of the matrix and apply a video of effect on this shape. Transitions can be created to fade in and out instantly from 1 visual effect to another.
Timeline synchronization
Manage your show with Pixxem user-friendly timeline tool to quickly and easily synchronize your graphic effects with audio and video files. It is so easy you just need to drag and drop your effect on the timeline and adjust the block duration for a perfect synchronization.
Audio effects
Pixxem includes a lot of graphic effect that can play with the sound intensity or the beat of the music. You can connect the software audio input to the computer microphone or the Line in audio source directly. Making this an amazing audio to visual effects creation.
Trigger possibilities
Pixxem accepts different type of communication to trigger and command the main software controls, MIDI, DMX In, RS232, Keyboard keys, hardware triggers like buttons, dry contact and infrared, ethernet commands. It is also possible to synchronize Pixxem with the other Chromateq software such as Pro DMX and play some DMX scenes from Player and Pro software. This means the Pixxem system will interface with any application from Dj, Band, exhibition, Museum, Promotional launch, Theatre, Live event, literally any way anywhere.
Pixxem is available on Mac OS X, Windows 8 and 10 only and is compatible with the Chromateq packages CLUB 1024, CQSA, PRO NET 16 up to Pro Net 255.
