The AV sector prepares: InfoComm Latin America opens in Mexico in two days

From October 22 to 24, 2025, the International Exhibition and Convention Center at the WTC Mexico City will host InfoComm Latin America for the first time—an event that will bring together manufacturers, integrators, designers, distributors, and AV professionals from across the region.

Organized by AVIXA, the global association representing the audiovisual integration industry, this new edition joins the international trade show calendar, which already includes established stops in Las Vegas, Beijing, Bangkok, Mumbai, Sydney (Integrate), and Barcelona (ISE).

The arrival of InfoComm in Mexico is no coincidence: the Latin American region was one of the fastest-growing in 2024, reaching revenues of 14 billion dollars, of which 3 billion came from Mexico.

A trade show that reflects the pulse of the market

InfoComm Latin America will feature an exhibition floor with more than 60 exhibitors and 100 brands, audio demo rooms, an educational program with over 50 sessions, and multiple spaces for professional networking.

The event aims to showcase the dynamism of a market evolving at great speed, driven by digitalization, immersive experiences, and the technological convergence of audio, video, and IT.

Leading voices and global trends

The program will include two international keynotes featuring prominent figures from the industry. On Wednesday, October 22, Jeff Stoebner (CEO of FORTÉ), John Bailey (Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at AVI-SPL), and Dave Labuskes (CEO of AVIXA) will discuss The Future of AV: Innovation, Business, and Connections, exploring growth opportunities in Latin America.

The following day, Julian Philips (SVP & Managing Director of XTG, AVI-SPL) will present The Transformation of the End-User Experience with Digital Signage and Artificial Intelligence, examining how these technologies are redefining the interaction between brands and audiences.

More than an exhibition

MEXICO CITY 2 HIIn addition to its content offering, InfoComm Latin America promises to be a strategic meeting point for those driving integration projects, experience design, and digital communication across the region.

AVIXA is preparing an opening ceremony on Wednesday, October 22, at 11:40 a.m., led by David Labuskes alongside industry leaders and local representatives, in a presentation that will combine institutional elements with a technological showcase.

With this new edition, AVIXA strengthens its commitment to bringing the global AV community closer to Latin America, connecting innovation, knowledge, and business in one place.
