d&b audiotechnik has announced a new and significant strategic collaboration with the Dubai Opera. With this new agreement, d&b audiotechnik becomes the Official Technology Partner of this prestigious theater, which will adopt d&b Soundscape immersive audio technology in its Studio hall.
The Dubai Opera opened in 2016 and is a prominent multi-format performing arts center that offers a diverse program of shows and events, including theater, opera, ballet, concerts, conferences, and exhibitions. This new collaboration with d&b audiotechnik was announced at an official press conference at the Dubai Opera, attended by Dr. Paolo Petrocelli, the theater's director, representatives from the Departments of Culture, Economy, and Tourism of Dubai, and members of UNESCO. This partnership is one of the many initiatives conceived to ensure the theater's role as a cultural meeting point for the arts, entertainment, and creative education in this geographical area.
By embracing these technological innovations, the Dubai Opera aims to broaden its artistic horizons and ensure that its venue is considered the essential lyrical destination in the Middle East.
