InfoComm 2026 connects broadcast AV, live production, and fan engagement

Live experiences are evolving at an unprecedented pace, and InfoComm 2026 will be the stage where that transformation comes to life.

From June 13–19 (exhibits June 17–19) at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, this audiovisual integration industry trade show will showcase the technologies redefining live events, sports, and entertainment, at the convergence of production, performance, and audience engagement.

To bring these innovations to life, InfoComm 2026 will present The Pitch, powered by Diversified (Stand N8063): a new immersive experience on the show floor inspired by the worlds of sports, broadcast AV, and live entertainment.

From video production control rooms and strategy spaces (draft room) to premium lounges and audience interaction activations (fan engagement), The Pitch illustrates how integrated audiovisual technologies work together to energize today’s most advanced venues, campuses, and entertainment destinations. Attendees will step into the experience to discover firsthand how these connected systems capture, manage, and amplify audience moments, support decision-making, and create unforgettable live experiences.

Today’s live events are no longer limited to what happens on stage or on the field; they are about creating shared, immersive experiences that extend far beyond the physical venue. As demand grows for more connected, scalable, and engaging experiences, organizations are combining broadcast workflows, real-time data, and interactive technologies to reach audiences both inside and outside the venue. InfoComm 2026 brings together the technologies and expertise that make these experiences possible, from broadcast and production to lighting, audio, and real-time audience engagement, said Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President of Expositions, Americas, at AVIXA, producer of InfoComm.

From stadiums to live media ecosystems

The Pitch will showcase a fully integrated technology offering: broadcast systems, control platforms, displays, collaboration tools, audio, and graphics. These elements work together to energize sports, entertainment, and live event environments. Attendees will explore how modern venues and media spaces support everything from live matchday production to high-level decision-making and premium audience engagement.

Highlights include:

  • Broadcast control environments managing live feeds, graphics, and real-time production workflows.
  • Draft room-style strategy spaces designed for collaboration, data visualization, and agile decision-making.
  • Premium lounges and hospitality areas adaptable for presentations and live event experiences.
  • Audience interaction activations (fan engagement) that turn spectators into active participants through interactive branded moments.

Together, these elements reflect a broader shift toward environments that are not only connected, but also agile, immersive, and designed to perform in real time.

The convergence of broadcast AV, audiovisual technology, and live production

The boundaries between broadcast AV, audiovisual technology, and live production continue to blur as organizations adopt increasingly sophisticated, studio-quality workflows. InfoComm will explore this convergence through sessions such as Brands as Broadcasters: The New Rules of Enterprise Media Production and Live Streaming in Action, examining how organizations across industries are building in-house production capabilities and creating high-quality content at scale.

Attendees will also discover how broadcast AV tools, once reserved for traditional media, are now being deployed across corporate communications, live events, and experiential marketing.

The AVIXA TV Studio (Stand N6845) will demonstrate a fully operational broadcast studio designed for both enterprise and entertainment applications. Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at how productions come to life and meet the technology partners powering the studio, from cameras and control systems to audio, lighting, collaboration, and production workflows.

Immersive experiences and real-time engagement

As audiences demand more personalized and interactive experiences, AV technologies are evolving to support real-time engagement at scale. From dynamic LED environments and synchronized lighting to audience interaction through mobile devices and live data overlays, organizations are transforming spectators into active participants.

At InfoComm 2026, attendees will see how integrated systems enable real-time content adaptation, audience participation, and data-driven storytelling, creating more engaging, measurable, and memorable experiences.

Audio, lighting, and staging take center stage

In the North Hall, attendees will experience the creative side of AV, where sound, light, and visual storytelling combine to shape live environments. Innovations in spatial audio, intelligent lighting systems, and automated staging are enabling production teams to design more responsive and immersive experiences.

From large-scale concerts and sporting events to corporate productions and immersive installations, these technologies are redefining how environments are designed, controlled, and experienced.

Learning and innovation across the show floor

The Spotlight Stage (Stand N6668) will feature sessions focused on broadcast AV, live production, and event design, including Let's Get Phygital: The New Playbook for Connected, Fan-First Experiences and Designing Collective Wonder: Light, Art & the Future of Immersive Placemaking.

Attendees will also be able to join an expert-guided tour of the show floor focused on broadcast AV technologies shaping modern content creation, featuring real-world applications of AV-over-IP, NDI, SMPTE 2110, and integrated production workflows.

Additionally, the Integrated Experience Tour: Circa AV Systems Tour will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the audiovisual infrastructure powering one of Las Vegas’ most technologically advanced entertainment destinations, showcasing large-scale video environments, AV systems for sportsbook and hospitality, and integrated platforms such as Q-SYS, Crestron NVX, and RNWY control software.
