ARAM, Poland’s largest event technology company, built a rig of GLP JDC Burst 1, JDC2 IP, Creos and WildBar 16 for one of the country’s biggest hip-hop festivals, with fixtures designers already ask for on their riders.
A total of 223 GLP fixtures were deployed across both stages at CLOUT Festival 2026: 60 JDC Burst 1, 74 JDC2 IP, 50 Creos and 39 WildBar 16. Overall technical production was handled by ARAM, which took care of planning and implementation of the multimedia and lighting systems, along with preparation, logistics, installation, configuration and on-site technical support.

The festival challenge: many artists, one infrastructure
With numerous international artists on the line-up, the technical setup had to accommodate different touring teams, technical riders and individual show concepts within a shared festival infrastructure. In that context, fixtures that designers already specify, that programmers already know how to operate, and that can be sourced in additional quantity from the market when a production calls for it make the job easier for everyone involved.
JDC Burst 1: four tools in one fixture
With 60 units, the JDC Burst 1 was present in considerable quantity. The weatherproof hybrid strobe combines strobe, wash, pixel effects and graphic looks in a single fixture, which suits current concert productions that move rapidly between hard white hits, large-area colour, pixel chases and intense strobe moments. It is now part of the inventory of numerous Polish rental companies and appears with increasing regularity on the technical riders of large concert and festival productions.

JDC2 IP as visual architecture
The 74 JDC2 IP were not used simply as individual units but combined into a consistent visual structure within the stage design, allowing movements, waves, gradients and graphic effects to be laid out across larger groups of fixtures. This reflects a trend in contemporary lighting design, in which fixtures are treated as elements of an overarching visual architecture rather than only performing conventional lighting duties. Built to IP65 specifications, the JDC2 IP is designed for the uncertainties of open-air production.
Washes and lines
50 GLP Creos extended the rig with large-area wash looks and a light source that can itself be integrated into the stage design as a visual element, while 39 WildBar 16 created additional linear and graphic structures within the lighting architecture. Both fixtures likewise offer IP65 protection.

What rider acceptance means for rental companies
For AV LIGHT, GLP’s official distribution partner in Poland, the deployment shows how quickly the manufacturer is gaining presence on major Polish stages and in technical riders. For rental companies, the logic is practical: the more frequently a fixture is specified by designers, the more familiar programmers are with operating it, and the more readily additional stock can be sourced, the more dependably an investment of that kind can be deployed across multiple productions.
